Assistant Admin / Receptionist
to join our professional team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys interacting with visitors, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a dynamic training environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors and learners in a courteous and professional manner.
Provide information on training programmes, schedules, and services.
Handle administrative tasks, including record keeping, documentation, and correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, classes, and training sessions using scheduling tools.
Maintain a professional, clean, and organised reception area.
Support internal teams with operational and event coordination activities.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative and operational processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (mandatory).
Energetic, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong multitasking, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and administrative/scheduling tools.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or front desk role.
