About the Role
We are looking for a meticulous and reliable male Assistant Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing essential daily accounting tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our financial department. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a solid foundation in accounting principles to grow their expertise within a reputable trading company.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Processing & Reconciliation:
  • Enter financial transactions into internal accounting databases.
  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
  • Prepare bank deposits and manage petty cash.
  • Reporting & Record Keeping:
  • Create and update expense reports.
  • Process employee reimbursement forms.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical financial records.
  • Check spreadsheets for accuracy.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Issue invoices to customers and external partners.
  • Assist with reviewing and filing payroll documents.
  • Support the accounting team during quarterly and annual audits.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Demographics: Male candidate, aged 25-35, of Indian, Pakistani, or Nepalese nationality.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an accounting role within the UAE is mandatory.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures and finance regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Good math skills with a keen eye for spotting numerical errors.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team.
