The applicant must have knowledge of accounting programs and MS Office.
very good English skills
ability to deal with emails efficiently
ability to deal with customers efficiently
Bank reconciliation duties, including adjusting entries and posting
- Preparing a cash flow report and any required reports
Follow up and audit petty cash reports with designated authorized persons.
Follow up on collection and provide proper support to the sales team.
Good knowledge of customs procedures, duty exemption, trade licenses, and vehicle renewals
