We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be able to provide support in a range of financial management tasks. Husband Visa candidate only considered Key Responsibilities:
Recording and processing financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems.
Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Liaising with other departments to ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and that budgets are adhered to.
Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure that all transactions have been accurately recorded.
Assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Managing accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing customers and processing payments to suppliers.
Performing various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A relevant degree or qualification in accounting or finance would be an advantage.
