Accounting & Bookkeeping
Assist with entry of expense data and supplier payment transactions into PACT ERP
Maintain and update Accounts Payable records and support supplier reconciliations
Assist in bank, credit card, and petty cash reconciliations
Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records
Financial Reporting Support
Assist in maintaining the general ledger and trial balance
Support preparation of basic financial reports such as P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
Assist during month-end closing activities and external or internal audits
Ensure records are maintained in line with internal policies and procedures
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Support processing of AP and AR transactions under supervision
Assist in preparing aging reports for receivables and payables
Follow up on pending payments and collections as instructed
Verify and record received payments accurately
Tax & Compliance Support
Assist in preparation and filing of tax-related documentation
Maintain proper records to support VAT and other statutory compliance
Stay informed about basic tax and compliance requirements
Ad Hoc & Administrative Support
Perform accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by the Head of Finance
Assist in preparation of service invoices, payment confirmations, and client/vendor reconciliations
Support the finance team with day-to-day operational requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1-3 years of accounting or finance experience
Basic knowledge of accounting systems (experience with PACT ERP is an advantage)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
