Our headquarters is based in Germany, and due to strong growth and demand, we are actively expanding in Dubai. We are now hiring experienced professionals for our branches across Dubai who know the mobile phone market inside and out.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Accountant, located in Dubai. The primary responsibilities include maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, assisting with accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, preparing tax documentation, and supporting the senior accounting team with day-to-day operations. The role also includes analyzing financial data and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills

Understanding of financial reconciliation and financial reporting processes

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively

Basic understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Previous experience in an accounting or financial role is advantageous

Please note: We are specifically hiring individuals with a background in mobile phone/accessory sales. Applicants without direct experience in this field will not be considered.
