The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay organized while working independently.
Responsibilities include:
Daily bookkeeping and data entry
Processing invoices, payments, and receipts
Bank and vendor reconciliations
Preparing basic financial reports
Supporting month-end and year-end closing tasks
Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
Assisting with general administrative finance duties
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
1-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good MS Suit skills
Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
