Account Assistant
to join our finance department and support in managing the company's accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records.
Post daily transactions into accounting systems.
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Reconcile bank statements and company ledgers.
Assist in VAT preparation and filing.
Support in payroll processing and expense tracking.
Maintain organized documentation for audits and compliance.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of accounting or finance experience in UAE.
Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: AED 3,000 - 4,000 (based on experience)
