Handle all administrative duties including document preparation, filing, data entry, and scheduling.
Design and produce accurate client and food labels for events and daily orders.
Serve as the main point of contact for our suppliers and maintain positive working relationships.
Support internal communication across departments to ensure smooth operations.
Prioritize and execute urgent requests from the management team efficiently.
Maintain office supplies, documentation, and other operational materials.
Assist with basic invoicing, quotations, and follow-ups as needed.
Uphold company standards in all client and partner interactions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the catering, events, or F&B industry.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe for label creation is a plus).
Ability to work independently and handle time-sensitive tasks under pressure.
Fluent in Hindi, Urdu, English; Arabic is a plus.
Husband visa would be preferred.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or SAP is a plus.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good organizational abilities.
