Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry and bookkeeping.
Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy in ledgers and accounts.
Support in bank reconciliations and preparing financial reports.
Assist in payroll processing and tax documentation.
Handle communication with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders regarding payment-related queries.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
Proficiency in accounting software Tally and MS Excel.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Good communication and organizational skills.
