at least 2 years of accounting experience in the construction industry within Qatar
. This is a full-time role with
food, accommodation, and transportation provided
by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, invoice processing, and bank transactions.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Prepare and reconcile supplier/vendor payments.
Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor project-related expenses and ensure proper allocation.
Handle petty cash transactions and reconciliation.
Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Coordinate with the procurement and project departments for cost tracking.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Support external audits and provide necessary documentation when required.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience in Qatar
in an accounting role, preferably in the
construction industry
.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
Strong MS Excel skills.
Valid QID
and
transferable visa with NOC
- Preferred.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to join immediately is an added advantage.
