Requirements and skills
Work experience as an Accountant
Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
Preparing financial reports.
Monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including
Hands-on experience with accounting software's
Advanced MS Excel skills must known
Experience with general ledger functions
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
Desired Candidate Profile
Min 2 years exp. in Accounts/ Book Keeping/AR/AP/ Data Entry.
Excellent communication skills (written/ verbal).
Knowledge of Payment Collection/ follow up is must.
Excellent skills in Accounts & Microsoft Excel.
