and a good understanding of basic accounting functions, preferably within the healthcare or services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records using
QuickBooks
Record daily transactions, invoices, and expenses
Assist in accounts payable and receivable
Prepare bank reconciliations and petty cash reports
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Assist in preparing financial reports as required
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
as an Assistant Accountant
Proficiency in QuickBooks is mandatory
Experience in healthcare or homecare industry is an advantage
Good knowledge of UAE accounting practices
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
