It's responsible for managing and processing all payments the company owes to its suppliers, vendors, and other creditors. Essentially, it ensures the company pays its bills accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
Processing Invoices:
- Receiving invoices from vendors.
- Verifying invoices for accuracy (pricing, quantities, discounts, terms).
- Matching invoices to purchase orders (POs) and receiving reports (if applicable) to ensure goods/services were received and authorized.
- Coding invoices with the correct general ledger (GL) accounts for proper accounting.
- Obtaining necessary approvals for invoices.
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
Experience in Accounts Payable
Very good in written and communication skills
