We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Accounts Assistant
to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including processing invoices, handling petty cash, and following up on payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and record supplier and customer invoices accurately.
Handle petty cash transactions and maintain proper documentation.
Follow up with clients and suppliers on outstanding payments.
Assist in preparing payment vouchers and maintaining expense records.
Support the finance team with general accounting and administrative tasks.
Ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
