Assistant Accountant

Job Description
We are looking for a female, accounting graduate, with a minimum of 3 years working experience in accounting field. Salary Range: AED 3,500/- to AED 4,000/- Purpose of Role To support the Financial Manager with day-to-day finance administration, month-end and year-end financial closing, as well as statutory audit. Job functions: Ensuring day to day compliance with financial regulations Management of daily banking and monthly bank reconciliations \xe2\x80\x93 multiple currencies Review accounting processes and practices and improve where necessary to ensure efficient financial operations Preparation of Management Accounts, balance sheet and profit and loss account with analysis and commentary Provides accurate and sound management reporting to assist with key decision making Accounts Receivable lead \xe2\x80\x93 raising invoices; receiving payments; assist with ad-hoc collections; monthly receivables reporting. Accountable for all aspects of AR Preparation of month end and year end journals Monthly sales reporting and analysis Contribute to annual budgeting and planning process VAT accounting and record keeping Preparation of VAT returns Fixed assets and depreciation Supports financial manager with year-end audit Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
