Record and update financial transactions in accounting systems.
Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense reports.
Maintain accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable data.
Reconciliation & Reporting
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Assist with periodic financial reports and month-end close activities.
Support preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
Support & Compliance
Assist with audits by gathering documentation and answering queries.
Help ensure tax and financial compliance.
Provide general administrative support to the finance team (filing, correspondence, record organization).
Communication & Coordination
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments on account matters.
Follow up on overdue accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (often preferred).
Associate degree or certification in accounting/bookkeeping may be accepted depending on employer.
Experience
Have experience is preferred
Skills
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Note: Bahraini National will be preffered, But should have experience and knowledge
