Fales Grand General Trading LLC is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented
Assistant Account Manager
with solid experience in
Odoo Accounting
. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day financial operations related to
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
and
General Ledger activities
, while also acting as a strong support to the Accounts Manager and a potential future team leader. This role requires excellent financial acumen, Odoo ERP expertise and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage
Accounts Payable
processes, including invoice verification, payment scheduling and vendor reconciliation.
Handle
Accounts Receivable
activities such as customer invoicing, payment follow-ups and collection tracking.
Accurately record financial transactions and ensure proper documentation within
Odoo ERP
.
Assist in preparing
daily, weekly and monthly
financial and management reports.
Conduct
bank reconciliations
, maintain ledgers and monitor expenses.
Support
month-end and year-end closing
processes.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure transparency, accuracy and compliance in financial operations.
Coordinate with external auditors and support during internal and statutory audits.
Serve as a
backup to the Accounts Manager
when required.
Take initiative in
leading projects or tasks
and be prepared to transition into a future team leadership role.
Requirements:
MBA in Finance/Accounting
is must.
3-5 years
of proven experience in a similar accounting role.
Hands-on expertise in Odoo ERP Accounting
(mandatory).
Strong understanding of
UAE accounting standards
,
VAT regulations
and
financial compliance
.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
English
.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Immediate availability preferred.
Willing to undergo a
30-45-day trial period
.
