Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement asset management strategies, policies, and long-term plans (e.g., 10-year plans).Data Management:
Maintain accurate asset registers, condition data, and performance metrics.Risk Management:
Identify asset-related risks (safety, financial, operational) and develop mitigation strategies.Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work with technical teams, finance, leadership, and external bodies to understand needs and report on performance.Process Improvement:
Drive adoption of best practices, leverage technology, and enhance asset management maturity.Reporting:
Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on asset performance, strategic initiatives, and compliance.Essential Skills & Qualifications
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and project management skills. Knowledge of asset management frameworks and systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo). Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex information. ISO 55001 is preferable
