Job Description
Financial Oversight & Performance Monitoring
Track property income, expenses, and ROI. Analyze market trends to inform investment decisions. Prepare financial reports for investors and stakeholders.

Strategic Planning
Develop and execute long-term strategies to enhance property value. Decide when to hold, sell, refinance, or reinvest in assets.
3.
Lease Management
Oversee leasing strategies to ensure high occupancy and rental income. Negotiate lease terms and manage tenant relationships.
4.
Capital Planning & Budgeting
Plan for capital improvements (renovations, upgrades). Allocate budgets for maintenance, marketing, and operations.
5.
Risk Management
Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and market risks. Ensure insurance coverage and compliance with legal regulations.
6.
Operational Oversight
Work with property managers to optimize day-to-day operations. Ensure assets are maintained, efficient, and aligned with brand standards.
7.
Investor Relations
Communicate performance metrics, strategy, and forecasts to investors. Ensure transparency and accountability in asset performance.
8.
Disposition Strategy
Manage the sale or divestment of assets when appropriate. Maximize return through market timing and strategic marketing.
