Monitor the
lifecycle of assets

Coordinate with the

to ensure accurate asset capitalization and depreciation records.
Prepare
asset reports
for management and auditors as required.
Support in
budgeting and forecasting
related to asset replacement and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with
company asset policies

local regulatory requirements

Liaise with external vendors, maintenance teams, and auditors for asset-related matters.
Identify and recommend process improvements for efficient asset management and cost control.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience
in asset management, inventory control, or a related function (preferably in Qatar or GCC).
Strong understanding of
fixed asset accounting principles
and
ERP systems
(SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Excellent
Excel and data management
skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Knowledge of
Qatar-specific asset management and documentation practices
is an advantage.
