Job Title: Asset Management Coordinator

Dubai Marine is looking to hire passionate and enthusiastic Asset Management Coordinator to join our growing team!

Job Summary:

The Asset Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate records of all company assets, including equipment, tools, and spare parts. This role ensures proper documentation, tracking, and management of assets through an asset management system to support operational efficiency, minimize downtime, and ensure compliance with company policies

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update the asset register with accurate details of all company-owned assets. Coordinate asset tagging, labeling, and physical verification across all departments. Monitor asset movements, transfers, and disposals in line with company procedures. Ensure timely procurement and replacement of assets and spare parts as required. Conduct monthly and yearly inventory checks to reconcile physical stock with system records. Assist in implementing and maintaining the asset management system and related ticketing/work order systems. Prepare periodic asset reports (usage, condition, depreciation, and maintenance schedules). Liaise with procurement, finance, and maintenance teams to ensure proper asset lifecycle management. Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for equipment and machinery. Support audits by providing documentation and asset verification as required. Identify discrepancies and report missing or damaged assets promptly. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and organizational standards for asset handling.

Requirements:

Relevant experience 1 to 2 years in Dubai. Any bachelor's degree Strong customer service and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Proficiency with computer software and office equipment. A professional demeanor and attention to detail.
