Provide strategic advisory services on asset management policies, procedures, and governance frameworks. Develop, review, and implement asset management systems in compliance with ISO 55000 standards. Review asset lifecycle plans, condition assessments, risk registers, and performance indicators. Advise on capital investment planning, long-term maintenance strategies, and sustainability initiatives.
