Job Summary:
This role is a combined manager responsible for overseeing all project assets, site logistics, and Plant, Machinery, and Vehicles (PMV). They ensure a safe, efficient, and well-organized site with reliable equipment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Asset Management: Manage the project's fleet of vehicles, machinery, and non-consumable assets. Schedule maintenance and track utilization.
• Logistics Management: Plan and manage all site logistics, including material delivery schedules, site access, storage areas, and traffic management plans.
• PMV Management: Oversee the mobilization, operation, maintenance, and demobilization of all heavy equipment and plant machinery.
• Ensure all logistics and PMV activities adhere to strict safety standards.
• Manage the logistics team, including stores, security, and transport personnel.
• Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a similar role on a major construction site.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment, logistics planning, and warehouse management.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Certification in logistics or equipment management is desirable.
