21975BR Requisition Number: 21975BR Description: 1.\\tKey Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
  • \\tDevelop solutions, select, and adapt relevant tools and technologies.
  • \\tDevelop and maintain relationships with stakeholders of the commissioning process (contractors, vendors, and other team members).
  • \\tExecute the necessary steps to document the commissioning process.
  • \\tOrganize, attend, and document commissioning meetings.
  • \\tFollow up on the commissioning activities as well as progress monitoring and maintaining high standards of safety and quality control.
  • \\tPrepare and effectively communicate projects status to the Asset Management team.
2.\\tAdditional Responsibilities:
  • \\tDevelop a project specific commissioning plan for each project assigned.
  • \\tParticipate in the review of documents associated with the commissioning effort.
  • \\tDevelop and maintain commissioning documents and filing systems.
  • \\tLead or participate in commissioning handover activities.
  • \\tOrganize and coordinate asset handover tasks.
  • \\tAssist with other commissioning activities as required.
3.\\tCore Competencies and Requirements:
  • \\tPrevious experience in developing, administering, and monitoring commissioning protocols and procedures.
  • \\tProven track record of working on commissioning and/or capital projects with a focus on meeting project requirements in wet infrastructure projects I.e., Pumping stations, wastewater treatment plants, tanker filling stations, desalination plants.
  • \\tKnowledge of contract administration and facility requirements.
  • \\tAbility to do multi-tasking, prioritize and manage multiple projects successfully.
  • \\tStrong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • \\tMust have strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

  • \\tBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), construction management or related field required.
  • \\t8+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • \\tMinimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working with asset management related to water and energy utilities, or like entities.
  • \\tMiddle East experience is a plus.
  • \\tFluency in English, Arabic is a plus.
