Partner with the best As Assembly & Testing Supervisor, you will play a vital role with our business by managing a small team of technicians and ensuring maintenance activities are carried out accordingly and safely to ensure compliance requirements. As an Assembly & Testing Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Performing Receiving, cleaning, polishing, inspection, disassembly, segregation, repair, assembly, pressure testing, FIT test, SIT test and housekeeping.
- Reading and interpreting drawings, assembly prints and parts lists to ensure 100% compliance on accuracy and quality of work produced.
- Performing wellhead assembly, maintenance, and overhaul on equipment to ensure safety and reliability.
- Planning the assembly and testing activities in advance ensuring availability of fixtures, flanges, test consumables and fittings.
- Leading a strong quality culture and stop work practice to ensure safe and high quality standards.
- Working closely with the Production Manager to ensure the weekly/monthly/quarterly manufacturing plan is achieved.
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Have an Electromechanical background.
- Have at least 8 years of experience in repair & maintenance
- Have knowledge of products and understanding of QC analysis to recommend adjustments
- Have API Q1,ISO 9001-2015, API 6A, & API16A knowledge
- Have the Ability to interrupt drawings, FAT/SIT procedures and guide the team in all these activities
- Able to use Pressure Test Pumps, Hydro & Gas, and chart recorders
- Be a team player and display good communication skills, with fluency in English
