• Should read the drawing and job order.

• Measure sheet metal parts and components per drawing.

• As per work instruction should able to identify components and parts for assembly

• Should check all Joints, fasteners are tight in proper torque and tightness as per work procedure

• Should check BOM and Work procedure and fix sticker/ labels

• Should check the coil drawing, and set the machine as per procedure to bend coil

• Should bend the coil as per drawing and inspect each coils free from damages and meet requirements

• Should set Insulation machine for cutting process as per cutting requirement by providing inputs through Nesting software

• Should report any discrepancies in insulation consumption in actual and drawing with supervisor / Material controller

• Should maintain the machine properly and inform prior to maintenance if any abnormalities noted

• Should keep proper stock and record of spares for each machine & Should clean the machine at end of shift

• Should check oil, grease, electric connections, abnormal sounds in machine on daily basis as per checklist.

• Should use appropriate tools, torque tools in assembly as per instruction.

• Should help brazing, electrical, coil bending, insulation process activity as when required.

• Should perform insulation of panels as per work instructions

• Should maintain Equipment, Instruments, Tools

• Diploma / ITI +10 Years Experience with minimum 5 years experience in HVAC manufacturing plant

• Able to use power tools, Able to use measuring Instruments

• Able to read drawings and Identify HVAC components

• Able to read Work instructions Basic knowledge of using computer and scanner
