Aufgaben
Production Audit CS2 Planning:


Planning Quality Control Loop 2 in the Production process at various Q-gates to ensure Best Quality Production.

Ensure line inspection is conducted as per planned inspection plan.


Production Process Audit CS3/PI and Quality alteration management / Torque Audit / Calibration:


Plan and conduct production process/Product audit according MB AG Guidelines.

Received all PI /QA and make awareness to all stockholders. Control all QD, PIs/QA to ensure that all QD, PIs/QA are implemented in the right time and well represented in the Job card.
Documentation/Problem solving analysis:


Document updating, creating, and controlling all quality documents, which related to responsible area. (Test scrip, Audit check sheet, Procedure etc.).

Initiate and monitoring of necessary corrective/preventive action in close cooperation with Production.

Follow up line problem, lead feedback loops.


Lead and Coordinate new projects.


Conducting of interdisciplinary projects, detailing of project content, and forming of time, budget, and activity plans.


DS specialist:


Act as DS specialist in Egypt Organization Implement the required job activities as per Mercedes-Benz standards.
Qualifikationen
Experience & Educational Background:



Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from a reputable university.



Technical Knowledge:


Excellent Knowledge of Quality Concepts and Tools.

Excellent Knowledge of Compliance and Standard Audit Systems like OHSAS, EMS, HMS, etc.

Knowledge in Manufacturing and assembly process know how.

Strong technical product knowledge of Mercedes-Benz cars.

Strong Computer, Analysis and Data processing Skills.


Soft Skills & Individual Competencies:



Very good in English, German language would be a plus.
