Overview of Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, and test electrical equipment according to plans, technical drawings, and process requirements.
Check and diagnose faults in electrical equipment and systems, including lines and circuits.
Configure and debug electrical control systems.
Ensure production orders are delivered on time and in accordance with project requirements.
Responsibilities and Work Assignments:
1. Electrical Equipment Installation and Maintenance
Install, inspect, and test electrical equipment, lines, and circuits as per plans, technical drawings, and process requirements.
Inspect and diagnose faults in electrical equipment and systems to ensure normal operation.
Configure and debug electrical control systems.
Check and maintain the safety and reliability of electrical systems and equipment.
Comply with all electrical safety regulations and standards.
2. Assembly Process
Understand the assembly process and requirements according to plans, operation instructions, drawings, or process documents.
Begin assembly work after checking parts and confirming quality.
Use appropriate tools and equipment to assemble parts, which may involve bolt tightening, welding, bonding, etc.
Use measuring instruments or equipment to check the size and quality of assembled products to ensure they meet requirements.
Report quality problems in a timely manner and assist in resolving them if issues or defects are encountered during assembly.
3. Workplace Organization and Teamwork
Keep the working area clean and safe; promptly clean up waste and store it in the hazardous waste cabinet.
Maintain 6S activities in the working area.
Participate in teamwork, actively coordinate and communicate with other positions to ensure smooth production activities in the sheet metal workshop.
Actively participate in improving and optimizing surface treatment technology.
Participate in training and learning to improve skills.
4. Safety and Continuous Improvement
Comply with safety operating procedures to ensure personal safety and product quality.
Maintain 6S activities in the operation area.
Participate in teamwork and coordinate with other positions to ensure smooth production activities in the integrated workshop.
Actively participate in improving and optimizing surface treatment technology.
Participate in training and learning to enhance skills.
Authority:
Manage property used within the team and be responsible for its safety.
Raise complaints if there are any doubts about the plan or process.
Participate in the optimization and improvement of electrical processes, procedures, and safety.
Work Collaborative Relationships:
Internal: Assembly team, process department, material staff.
External: Not involved.
Appointment Qualifications:
Educational Level: High school and above (technical school or vocational secondary school preferred).
Profession: Qualification certificate for electrician position.
Work Experience: More than 1 year of experience.
Knowledge/Skills: Familiar with electrical equipment and operation technology; rich practical experience; familiar with the operation process and methods of electrical equipment.
Appraisal Indicators:
Order plan completion rate 90%.
One-time inspection pass rate of products 90%.
No unqualified matters in on-site 6S activities.
No safety accidents occur each month.
Daily spot inspection and maintenance of equipment without omissions.
