Role Summary:-
An assembler for Baker Hughes' Artificial Lift AMO team is a manufacturing and repair role focused on building and maintaining electronic and electro-mechanical components for oil and gas pumping systems. Responsibilities include assembling electrical components, wiring, and mechanical parts; conducting complex tests; troubleshooting and repairing assemblies; and ensuring compliance with safety policies.
Essential Responsibilities:-
Troubleshooting, testing, assembling, disassembling, of ESP equipment and performing visual inspection of electro-mechanical assemblies.
Assisting in reworking, repairing, Blasting, washing parts, painting of ready equipment, and performing CRC on equipment
Performing complex and difficult tests with minimal instruction and documentation.
Being able to identify and communicate technical problems by using logical troubleshooting techniques.
Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies):-
Years of experience: 2 Years
Field of experience: Assembly , disassembly , Blasting and painting
Technical Skills: Electrical knowledge , HSE knowledge , computer skills
Soft Skills: Communication skills , Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, communication skills, and teamwork are important.
Tools or Software (Required / Preferred): Knowledge in ESP
Education Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
Industry Background or Experience (Required / Preferred): AMO experience preferred

Desirable attributes of the worker (Experience / Skills / Competencies):-
Assembly: Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical components, wiring harnesses, and mechanical assemblies for artificial lift systems.
Testing: Perform complex and difficult tests on assemblies with minimal instruction, using instruments like multi meters and hi-pot testers.
Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and communicate technical problems using logical troubleshooting techniques.
Repair: Rework, repair, and modify non-conforming equipment.
