Job Description

We are looking for a

skilled and experienced full stack developer

with a strong background in

Oracle D2K (Forms & Reports)

and

ASP.NET Core technologies

to join our IT team in a

managerial capacity

. The role involves leading application support and development projects, managing enhancements, and working closely with business users and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Development & Customization

Design, develop, and maintain Oracle D2K (Forms & Reports) applications. Create and optimize SQL/PLSQL: procedures, triggers, packages, views, materialized views. Customize existing Oracle applications per user and business requirements. Develop and maintain web and mobile applications using .NET Core and related technologies.

Support & Maintenance

Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle ERP systems. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in Oracle Forms/Reports and PL/SQL. Ensure uptime and performance of business-critical applications. Handle user queries and provide end-user support.

.NET & Full Stack Development

Use .NET Framework (3.5 - 4.5.1), ASP.NET MVC, Ajax, jQuery, LINQ, Web Services, Entity Framework, Crystal Reports, Web API, and WCF. Develop mobile-responsive applications with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, AngularJS. Integrate third-party SDKs and libraries.

Project Management

Led small to mid-sized development and support initiatives

, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of project milestones.

Conducted impact analysis

to assess potential changes and risks, and maintained comprehensive

technical documentation

throughout project lifecycles.

Collaborated with cross-functional teams

, including business analysts and QA engineers, to align project requirements with business objectives and ensure high-quality deliverables. Managed

Magento 2 integrations

, including

API development and third-party service integration

, enabling seamless connectivity and enhanced platform functionality.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

Guide and mentor junior developers and support staff. Provide knowledge transfer and training sessions. Act as the technical liaison between the development team and business stakeholders.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with

Oracle Forms 6i/10g/11g

, Reports, and D2K. Proficient in

SQL/PLSQL

, with performance tuning expertise. Experience with

Oracle 10g/11g/12c

databases. Hands-on knowledge of

.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AngularJS

, and other web technologies. Debugging and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with

Unix/Linux scripting

is a plus. Understanding of

Oracle EBS or other ERP systems

is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Oracle certification (PL/SQL Developer or DBA) is a plus. Minimum

5 years of experience

1-2 years in a leadership or managerial role
