Asphalt Plant Operator

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor asphalt plant equipment to ensure continuous, efficient, and safe production. Control the production process to meet required mix specifications and quality standards. Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance of plant equipment. Coordinate with the laboratory and quality control team to ensure asphalt mix meets project requirements. Manage stockpiles of raw materials (aggregate, bitumen, additives) and monitor inventory levels. Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues or production problems to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Maintain accurate production logs, reports, and shift records. Supervise plant staff, drivers, and helpers, ensuring smooth coordination of work activities. Report any breakdowns, hazards, or incidents to management promptly.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
* ASPLAT PLANT : 3 years (Required)
