Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated

Asphalt Manager

to oversee the full scope of asphalt plant operations, transport logistics, and paving activities across multiple infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise and leadership in asphalt production and paving within the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of asphalt plant production, transport, and on-site paving. Supervise paving crews and subcontractors across multiple job sites. Monitor asphalt plant productivity, maintenance schedules, and quality control measures. Plan and allocate resources, materials, and equipment efficiently to meet project deadlines. Ensure strict compliance with Qatari road specifications, safety, and environmental regulations. Review project drawings, technical specifications, and asphalt mix designs. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, QA/QC, Procurement, and Equipment departments. Track project progress and ensure delivery within time, quality, and budget parameters. Prepare and present operational reports and performance analysis.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum

10 years

of relevant experience in asphalt paving and plant operations. Strong experience managing large-scale road/infrastructure projects in the

GCC region

. In-depth knowledge of asphalt mix designs, materials, paving techniques, and equipment. Familiar with

QCS

,

AASHTO

,

ASTM

, and other international QA/QC standards. Proficient in project planning tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory
