Job Role: This is a full-time on-site role for a Assistant Retail Store Manager in UAE. The Assistant Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing and training staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring the store will reach monthly targets, and implementing retail loss prevention measures. The Assistant Retail Store Manager will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication channels with customers, staff, and management.
Qualifications
- Customer service and customer satisfaction skills
- Presentable and have good communication skills.
- Experience in store management
- Knowledge of retail loss prevention techniques
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry is a plus
- Experience in store management
- 5+ years' experience in relevant field in UAE or GCC.
- 3+ years' experience as store manager.
- 2+ years' experience as SalesRetail in well-known brand.
