Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ASIC Repair Team Leader to join our electronics team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the electronics industry and a strong background in ASIC repair. As a team leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the repair process, leading a team of technicians, and ensuring that all repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of technicians in the repair of ASIC components

• Develop and implement repair processes and procedures

• Ensure that all repairs are completed within specified timeframes

• Conduct quality control checks on repaired ASIC components

• Collaborate with other departments to address any technical issues or challenges

• Provide training and guidance to team members

• Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory

• 1-3 years of experience in the electronics industry

• Strong background in ASIC repair

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred)

• Commission: 25% commission per successful repair (paid monthly), Employment Visa provided
