Role Overview

We are seeking a highly seasoned Asset Management Advisor with over 30 years of extensive experience to provide strategic leadership, expert guidance, and advisory support in managing large-scale infrastructure or organizational assets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing asset performance, lifecycle management, and long-term investment planning.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic advisory services on asset lifecycle management, planning, and optimization Develop and review asset management policies, frameworks, and best practices aligned with international standards (e.g., ISO 55000) Advise senior management on asset investment strategies, risk management, and performance improvement Oversee asset condition assessments, valuation, and long-term maintenance planning Support implementation of asset management systems, processes, and KPIs Mentor and guide asset management teams and stakeholders

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Asset Management, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred) Minimum 30 years of hands-on experience in asset management within infrastructure, utilities, oil & gas, transportation, or similar sectors Proven experience in strategic planning, lifecycle costing, and risk-based asset management Strong leadership, advisory, and stakeholder engagement skills Professional certifications in Asset Management (e.g., IAM, CMRP) are an advantage
