As the Arts & Crafts Instructor at SO/ Ras Al Khaimah, you will inspire creativity and deliver engaging arts and crafts experiences for guests of all ages. You will design and conduct workshops that reflect the playful, stylish, and imaginative spirit of SO/, ensuring memorable moments that enrich the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and deliver daily arts and crafts sessions for adults and children, aligned with the resort's entertainment program.
• Create a vibrant and inspiring studio environment that encourages creativity and self-expression.
• Manage all materials, tools, and supplies, ensuring they are well-stocked and safely maintained.
• Adapt activities to suit different age groups, interests, and skill levels.
• Contribute to the resort's lifestyle and cultural programming, integrating local art and sustainable materials when possible.
• Assist in promoting workshops through creative displays, social media content, or special events.
• Collaborate with the Entertainment and Guest Experience teams to design signature creative experiences.
• Maintain health and safety standards during all sessions.
• Provide friendly, engaging, and personalized service that reflects the SO/ brand values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an arts and crafts instructor, creative facilitator, or similar role in a resort, hotel, or leisure environment.
• Strong artistic skills in various media (painting, ceramics, collage, upcycling, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a creative and energetic personality.
• Ability to work with diverse audiences, including families and children.
• Passion for design, creativity, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Diploma or certification in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field preferred.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
