We are seeking a passionate and skilled Artisanal Bread Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with natural fermentation, dough handling, and artisan baking techniques, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Salary: Based on experience
Weekly Off: 1 day
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, ferment, shape, and bake a variety of artisan breads, including sourdough, ciabatta, baguette, and focaccia.
- Maintain and manage sourdough starters and preferments such as levain, poolish, and biga.
- Monitor proofing, shaping, and scoring to ensure consistent quality and appearance.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment, including mixers, deck ovens, and proofers.
- Follow production schedules and daily bake plans efficiently to meet demand.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards in all bakery operations.
- Collaborate with the team on product development and seasonal or specialty bread varieties.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in artisan or sourdough bread baking (excluding industrial or factory settings).
- In-depth knowledge of fermentation, dough hydration, and temperature control.
- Availability for early-morning shifts, typically between 3 AM and 11 AM.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on consistency and quality.
- Physically capable of performing demanding bakery tasks.
- Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
