Job Responsibilities

Teach art classes to children and teenagers aged 4-12 Deliver lessons including (but not limited to): Drawing & painting Creative art, mixed media, and handicrafts Art fundamentals and creativity development Independently design and implement structured lesson plans based on students' age and level Maintain strong classroom management and ensure high teaching quality Track student progress and provide professional feedback when required Communicate effectively with academic staff and parents Support student exhibitions, showcases, and school events
Requirements

3-5 years of relevant art teaching experience (mandatory) Educational background in Fine Arts, Design, or related fields preferred Proven experience teaching children and/or teenagers Ability to independently manage classes and deliver well-structured lessons Patient, responsible, and professional teaching attitude Strong communication and presentation skills Willingness to commit to long-term cooperation Bilingual ability (English / Chinese) is a plus but not required
Work Arrangement
