Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Art Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for curating artworks, sculptures, and decorative accessories aligned with project themes and client requirements. The Art Coordinator will play a key role in conceptualizing, presenting, and executing art-related elements across commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Curate and select appropriate artworks, sculptures, and accessories as per the project's theme, character, and design narrative. Prepare well-structured and visually appealing art concept presentations for client submission and approval. Coordinate with designers, artists, and vendors to source, customize or commission art pieces. Ensure alignment of selected artworks with the overall interior design concept and project specifications. Maintain a strong understanding of current trends in art, design, and decor. Collaborate with project managers and design teams for timely approvals and execution. Oversee production timelines, installation, and quality assurance of art pieces on-site. Maintain a database of suppliers, artists, and catalogs for future project use.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or within the art/design/interior industry. Strong sense of aesthetics and understanding of various art forms and mediums. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Suite, and presentation tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team. Attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
