Train and mentor store managers and staff to foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to company policies, food safety protocols, and customer service standards.
Address guest feedback, resolve complaints, and implement service improvements to enhance the overall dining experience.
Oversee stock management, minimize waste, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
Work closely with senior management to develop and execute promotional campaigns, operational improvements, and expansion strategies.
Qualifications/Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the QSR or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Proficiency in sales analysis, inventory control, and cost management.
