Job Description
We are looking for a competitive Area Supervisor who will take on full responsibility of the operations of our stores in the allocated area. Job Responsibilities
- Managing all assigned restaurant to ensure the achievement of sales and profit.
- Supervising the store managers
- Providing training and coaching to the staff
- Ensuring to provide excellent service and food quality across the area
- 2 years proven experience as an Area Supervisor or similar role in F & B industry.
- Preferably Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Preferably with valid UAE Driving license
- Experience with HR Dept. is an advantage
