Area Service Manager - Fuel Stations

Salary:

SAR 12,000 - 14,000

We are seeking an experienced

Area Service Manager

with strong operational and technical experience in

fuel station management

. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of multiple stations, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining service quality, monitoring equipment, and driving operational excellence across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of multiple fuel stations within the assigned region. Ensure all stations comply with

safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

. Monitor station performance, including fuel sales, inventory levels, and service quality. Lead, supervise, and support station managers and field teams. Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance for pumps, tanks, and all forecourt equipment. Conduct regular site inspections and audits for quality, hygiene, SCADA/ATG accuracy, and operational performance. Implement SOPs, operational improvements, and brand standards across all stations. Resolve customer issues and operational challenges quickly and efficiently. Prepare operational reports, performance KPIs, and improvement plans. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and technical teams for maintenance and service requests. Ensure smooth execution during fuel deliveries, calibrations, and emergency situations. Support expansion projects, station upgrades, and new station openings as needed.

Requirements

Minimum

3-5 years

of experience in

fuel station operations / retail petroleum industry

. Strong knowledge of

fuel station equipment

(dispensers, ATG systems, tanks, pumps, electrical systems). Experience managing multi-location operations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel frequently across assigned areas. Proficiency in reporting, auditing, and performance monitoring.

Preferred Certifications (Optional)

Safety Certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH). Mechanical/Electrical diploma or degree. Knowledge of Saudi regulations for petroleum retail operation
