We are looking for
Area Process Construction Lead Services
for one of our clients with the following details:Location: Basrah, IRAQ
Start Date: October 2025
Contract Duration: 24 months, extendable
Work Status: Rotational 4 weeks ON and 4 weeks OFF
Qualification and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or a related field. Minimum 10 to 15 years' experience in the Oil & Gas industry with significant experience in construction. Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices in the oil and gas industry. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple interfaces effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. Attention to detail and the ability to analyze and interpret project plans, specifications, and drawings. Team player with ability to work cross functionally with complex project teams and act as an interface between interdisciplinary departments and within an international team. Excellent knowledge of English language (Oral and written), Arabic is a plus Support and enforce project guidelines and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) objectives. Responsible for HSE under his perimeter/Package. Attend HSE meetings and training when necessary. Participate in or lead Job Safety Analysis, make suggestions, stop dangerous situations, and report anomalies, accidents, and incidents.
