Job Title: Area Manager - QSR (Quick Service Restaurant)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee and manage 5 QSR outlets across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and leading outlet teams to deliver outstanding customer service. A valid UAE driving licence and at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role are required.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of 5 assigned QSR outlets, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

Drive sales and profitability targets across all outlets.

Implement company policies, procedures, and brand standards consistently.

Recruit, train, and motivate outlet managers and staff to achieve performance goals.

Monitor inventory, manage costs, and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.

Conduct regular site visits and audits to optimize outlet performance.

Analyze sales reports and market trends to develop action plans for growth.

Act as the main point of contact for customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.

Foster a positive and collaborative team environment across outlets.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Area Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, or similar role in the QSR industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing multi-unit operations.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
