Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic

Area Manager

to oversee the operations of multiple F&B outlets. The ideal candidate will bring

7-10 years of proven experience in the Food & Beverage sector

, with a strong background in

multi-outlet management, team leadership, and operational excellence

. This role requires a results-driven professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring profitability and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of multiple outlets to ensure consistency, efficiency, and excellence in service. Drive revenue growth, monitor budgets, and implement cost control measures to maximize profitability. Lead, mentor, and develop outlet managers and their teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, food safety, and health & safety regulations. Conduct regular site visits to evaluate operations, service quality, and adherence to brand standards. Analyze business performance, market trends, and customer feedback to recommend strategies for improvement. Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and new product launches across outlets. Act as the primary communication bridge between senior management and outlet teams. Handle escalated customer issues and resolve operational challenges effectively.

Requirements:

10-15 years of progressive experience in the Food & Beverage industry

, with a strong track record in

multi-outlet or area management

. In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, business management, and customer service excellence. Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills. Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities. Flexibility to travel frequently between outlets and work extended hours as required. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
