Area Manager - Wellness & Massage Therapy Centers

Location:

Dubai & Abu Dhabi (multiple branches)

We are looking for an experienced

Area Manager

to oversee multiple branches of our Beijing Wellness Massage Therapy Centers. The candidate must have a background in

wellness, spa, or hospitality industry

and strong experience managing teams and branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple centers Lead, supervise and support branch managers and staff Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction Monitor sales performance and achieve revenue targets Implement company policies, SOPs and quality standards Handle staff scheduling, attendance and performance management Coordinate promotions, marketing activities and new branch openings Conduct regular branch visits and operational audits Prepare operational and performance reports for management Ensure compliance with UAE labour law and company policies

Requirements:

Experience as Area Manager / Multi-branch Supervisor (2-4 years)

Background in Wellness, Massage Center, Spa, or Hospitality

(mandatory)

UAE Driving License and own transportation

(must) Strong leadership and team management skills Good knowledge of branch operations and customer service Ability to handle multicultural teams Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or Chinese is an advantage) Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
