Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee our valet parking operations across multiple locations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing teams, and driving operational excellence to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise valet parking teams across assigned areas to ensure seamless operations.

- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.

- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and organize training to enhance skills and customer service standards.

- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure service agreements and expectations are met.

- Handle scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize productivity.

- Address and resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly and professionally.

- Maintain compliance with company policies, Health & Safety regulations, and local laws.

- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to senior management.

Required Skills -

Proven experience in management roles within the valet parking or related service industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.

- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflict in a calm and professional manner.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple locations effectively.

- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is preferred.

- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an asset.

- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 per month
