We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Area Manager

to oversee the operations of multiple outlets within our Italian & Thai restaurant group. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of F&B operations, and the ability to drive performance and maintain exceptional standards across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of multiple outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient performance. Maintain high standards of food quality, service excellence, hygiene, and overall guest satisfaction. Lead, train, and support Restaurant Managers and their teams to achieve operational targets. Monitor outlet performance, including sales, profitability, customer feedback, and operational KPIs. Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, SOPs, and brand standards. Work closely with the culinary team to maintain menu consistency and product quality. Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotions, campaigns, and brand activities. Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and team development across all outlets. Control operational costs, minimize wastage, and ensure adherence to budgets. Conduct regular outlet visits, audits, and performance reviews with corrective action plans. Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution. Support the opening of new outlets, including setup, training, and operational readiness. Provide regular reports to senior management on outlet performance and key operational updates.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Area Manager or Multi-Unit Manager in the F&B / Hospitality industry. Strong understanding of restaurant operations, preferably with experience in Italian and/or Thai cuisine. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple outlets and teams in a fast-paced environment. Must be currently based in the UAE.
