Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Area Manager to oversee the operations of multiple restaurants across the UAE, with a preference for candidates experienced in Arabic/Yamani cuisine.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Area Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple outlets, playing a pivotal role in the developmental and financial success of the assigned restaurants within the Food & Beverage division.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct the collection of data and preparation of consolidated reports for outlets, ensuring reliable inventory, cost control, and financial data for decision-making. Achieve financial and operational objectives by anticipating requirements, submitting budget information, scheduling expenditures, analyzing financial reports, and managing quality and cost control. Develop, implement, and improve processes and procedures to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the department continuously. Coordinate with the team in the development of Food & Beverage menus, point-of-sale systems, service procedures, and standards of operation. Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate the team to ensure a skilled workforce, optimal motivation, and maximum contribution to the company. Assist Managers in following up and supervising new F&B developments with local suppliers, including documentation, action plans, and processes. Prepare the annual budget and business plan for the department.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management. Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE F&B Operations with 2-3 years in a managerial position. HACCP certified is a plus. Good understanding of financial/accounting systems and procedures. Proficiency in MS Office. Fluency in English and Arabic.
